There is nothing more refreshing and yummy than a healthy smoothie! This Blueberry Protein Smoothie Bowl is going to fill you up for the whole morning. It’s so easy to make, and there are tons of protein and healthy carbs in it!
Now, can you believe that I didn’t know about the power of smoothies back when I was living in Colombia? No kidding! I mean we have hundreds of fruits and my mom always makes amazing juices out of them. However, there wasn’t something like this. I hope you guys enjoy it!
Are you ready? Let’s go ahead and get started
The ingredients for this recipe are so simple and easy. You will need, bananas, oats, blueberries, Greek yogurt, milk, and halved strawberries. Note: You will find all the quantities down bellow in the recipe box.
First, In a bowl combine the yogurt and milk. Set aside.
Second, on a blender, combine, bananas, oats and just 1 cup of the blueberries. Blend until all the ingredients are incorporated and look like the picture bellow.
Yummy! I could drink it just like that. Wouldn’t you?
In a bowl, combine yogurt-milk and blueberry mix. Do gentle swirls so it looks like shown down bellow! Top with halved strawberries and more blueberries. Enjoy!
- 1 Cup banana slices
- 1 Cup oats
- 1 1/2 Cup blueberries
- 1 Cup Greek yogurt
- 1 Cup milk
- Halved strawberries
In a bowl combine the yogurt and milk. Set aside.
Add the banana slices, oats, and 1 cup blueberries to the glass of a blender.
Pulse until juiced and combined, and pour into serving bowls.
Pour the yogurt-milk mix into the serving bowls and gently mix it with the blueberry mix.
Garnish with more blueberries and the strawberries.
Serve and enjoy.
