You’ll find 15 printable word searches across six levels of difficulty — from beginner-friendly puzzles with short and CVC words to a giant 100-word challenge for the ultimate word search lovers.
And no worries if you get stuck! Each puzzle comes with a full answer key, complete with a spoiler warning so you can peek only when you’re ready.

These are the levels you will find:
- Level 1: Tiny Tracker (Very Easy)
- Level 2: Junior Explorer (Easy)

As the difficulty level increases, so do the directions where a word can be found.

How to Download?
There are two ways to download each word search:
- Click on the page you want to download to open a new window in PDF format. Then, proceed to print from that window.
- Click the yellow “Download PDF” button under each page you want to print to trigger a download to your phone or computer.
Level 1: Tiny Tracker (Very Easy)
Level 1 is designed especially for early readers! It features mostly simple CVC (consonant-vowel-consonant) words—like mud, red, and fox—along with a few CCVC, CVCC, words such as fall.
There are three different searches to choose from. The grid is 6×6, and each puzzle has six words to find.
Directions words can be found:
- Horizontal left to right (→)
- Diagonal top left to bottom right (↘)
- Vertical top to bottom (↓)
Level 2: Junior Explorer (Easy)
This one is a step up for growing readers (1st grade).
With a 10×10 grid and 12 words per puzzle, you’ll find anywhere between 4 and 6-letter words. Again, there are three options at this level as well.
Directions words can be found:
- Horizontal left to right (→)
- Diagonal top left to bottom right (↘)
- Vertical top to bottom (↓)
- Vertical bottom to top (↑)
Level 3: Word Wrangler (Medium)
The Word Wrangler is the perfect fun challenge for older kids (Second and Third Grade).
With three options available, a 15×15 grid, and 20 words to find in each puzzle, children can practice reading and expand their vocabulary related to fall.

Level 4: Brain Buster (Medium-Hard)
