Let’s make this Mother’s Day one to remember with these adorable and free Mother’s Day Coloring Cards!

There’s something extra special about a card that’s been colored by hand. These free Mother’s Day coloring cards are a fun and thoughtful way for kids to say “I love you” to Mom — just print, cut, color, fold, and share.

Mother's Day Card - Collage with multiple featured cards.

Inside this card set, you’ll find:

  • Heartfelt messages and pun-filled designs
  • Award-style cards like medals and trophies
  • Sweet mom-and-child moments
  • Cute animal pairs (from elephants and sloths to bunnies, foxes, penguins, and more!)

There are also treats and fun wordplays, making these cards a beautiful gift for any mom or mother figure.

And yes, there’s an entire section just for grandmas, aunties, and nanas because Mother’s Day is for all the amazing women who love like a mom.

Feel free to print as many cards as you need for use at home, in the classroom, at church, or elsewhere. However, selling or claiming them as your own is prohibited. If you know of any fellow moms or teachers who would like to use them, please share the link to this post with them.

How to Download?

There are two ways to download each card:

  1. Click on the page you want to download to open a new window in PDF format. Then, proceed to print from that window.
  2. Click the yellow “Download PDF” button under each card you want to print to trigger a download to your phone or computer.

Materials

  • Printer
  • White cardstock
  • Scoring tool (optional) & ruler
  • Your favorite pencil colors or markers!

Once you print your card, use a scoring tool along the scoring lines on the card. I recommend you use a ruler for a crisp and straight fold.

Cut around the gray rectangle, fold along the score line, and color!

Note: Card sizes are 5.5″ x 4.25″ for landscape designs and 4.25″ x 5.5″ for portrait designs.

Very Important Printing Tip

Most printers will automatically shrink your PDF slightly to fit within the printable margins, even newer ones. If you’re printing from an iPhone, there’s no built-in option to adjust the scale, so the page may always print a bit smaller.

To ensure your printable comes out at the exact intended size, it’s best to print from a desktop. Select “Actual Size” in your print settings or set the scale to 100%. If printing from a browser, choose “Custom” under scale options and manually enter 100 for the most accurate results.
